We currently deliver within select service areas in Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Delivery eligibility is confirmed at checkout or by our team prior to fulfillment.
We do not offer nationwide or international shipping at this time.

Failure to document damage at delivery may affect eligibility for claims.

Urbis Concepts is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or failed deliveries due to:

Inaccessible driveways or staircases
If special access requirements exist, please notify us prior to scheduling delivery.
Risk of Loss
Once an order is transferred to the delivery carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
