Shipping Area

Urbis Concepts currently offers local delivery only.

At this time, we deliver exclusively within select local service areas in Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout or by our team prior to fulfillment.

We do not offer nationwide or international shipping at this time.

Delivery Method

All deliveries are completed via:

  • Local delivery partners, or
  • In-house / contracted freight delivery

Delivery type (curbside, threshold, or room-of-choice) may vary by product and location and will be communicated prior to delivery.

Assembly is not included unless explicitly stated on the product page or invoice.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Typical timelines:

  • In-stock items: 7–14 business days
  • Made-to-order or presale items: timelines vary and will be communicated at purchase

Delays may occur due to production schedules, weather, carrier availability, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready, our team or delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate contact details
  • Being available during the scheduled delivery window
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible

Missed delivery appointments may result in additional delivery or storage fees.

Inspection Upon Delivery (Very Important)

You must inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If there is visible damage:

  • Note the damage with the delivery driver before signing, and
  • Document the issue with photos and/or video

Failure to inspect and document damage at delivery may void eligibility for a damage claim.

Damage During Transit

Claims for damage during shipping must be submitted:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery
  • With clear photos/video of:

    The damaged item

    Packaging

    Shipping labels

Claims submitted outside this window or without documentation may not be approved.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout or quoted prior to delivery
  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the delivery carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Urbis Concepts is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Restricted access locations
  • Inaccessible delivery sites
