RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Applicable to orders delivered within Ontario, Canada.

At Urbis Concepts, we build solid hardwood furniture designed to last for decades.
If something isn’t right, we will address it clearly and fairly.


14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unassembled

  • In the same condition received

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery are not eligible.

To initiate a return, contact:

Returns must be approved before shipment.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved returns must be sent to:

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

The restocking fee covers inspection, handling, and warehouse processing.


Final Sale Collection

The following collection is final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Live Edge Collection

In addition, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Personalized items

  • Clearance or marked final sale items

  • Gift cards


Damages & Delivery Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of:

  • The item

  • External and internal packaging

  • Shipping label

Email documentation to:

If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue a partial refund where appropriate.

Damage resulting from handling, installation, or use after delivery is not eligible.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item:

  1. Submit and complete an eligible return.

  2. Place a new order separately.

This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds.
