RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All purchases made through our store are final sale.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
  
• Incorrect measurements or fit
  
• Color, grain, texture, knots, or natural wood variation
  
• Natural movement or aging of solid wood
  
• Items used, installed, or assembled after delivery
  
• Delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch
  

Our furniture is crafted from real hardwood. Natural variation is inherent and not considered a defect.

Damage During Transit (Only Exception)

Refunds, repairs, or replacements are considered only in cases of verified damage during shipping.

To be eligible for a damage claim:

1. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
   
2. You must provide clear photos and/or video showing:
   
   The damaged item
   
   The external and internal packaging
   
   The shipping label
   
3. Original packaging must be retained
   
4. Damage must not be caused by handling, installation, or use after delivery
   

Claims submitted outside this window or without documentation will not be approved.

Resolution Process

If a damage claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the item
  
• Replace the damaged component or item
  
• Issue a partial refund
  

Full refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only if repair or replacement is not commercially reasonable.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  
• Return shipping (if required) will only be arranged after claim approval
  
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
  

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

European Union Orders

We do not actively market or sell to the European Union.
Orders shipped to the EU may still be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws beyond our control.
