Returns & Exchanges
At Boards and Mabel, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and service. As such, we strive to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality and are free from defects.
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a defective or damaged product. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or opened. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are personalized or customized, as these products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a defective or damaged product. We do not issue refunds for any reason other than a defective or damaged product.
